Near Field Probes (XF & RF) by LANGER EMV-Technik GmbH
The optional RF and XF sniffer probes consist of different passive probe heads which have been designed for detailed electric field measurements in the layout, on components and IC pins. The sniffer probes are connected to the 50 Ω input of a spectrum analyser. All probe heads measure electric field with a frequency range from 30 MHz to 6 GHz.
