Universelle Induktionsanlage (Unitherma) by Steremat Induktion GmbH
The Unitherma is a universal, modular induction system for industrial heating processes. Based on a vertical basic machine and optional horizontal module, we configure the system precisely to the workpiece, cycle time and quality target. This allows you to process small to medium-sized components efficiently and reproducibly, up to 40 cm horizontally or approx. 180 cm vertically.

- Induction hardening (incl. optional integrated tempering for short overall cycles)
- Inductive soldering (hard/soft soldering, including steel, copper, brass, aluminum)
- Joining & shrinking for defined fits, quickly and reliably
- Demagnetization for residual field reduction before assembly, measurement or subsequent processes
- Tempering & annealing (including stress-relief annealing, normalizing, controlled microstructural changes with documentation)
- Preheating & drying (e.g. before welding/forming, curing of paints, resins, adhesives)
- Special processes such as selective dewaxing or inductive sealing
