Steremat Induktion GmbH

The Thermopräzisa is a precision induction hardening system for high-precision heat treatment and reproducible series processes. It combines a vertical processing module with an optional horizontal module and is particularly suitable for complex geometries such as axles, spindles or large-volume rings.

Typical processes on the thermal precision machine
- Induction hardening as a selective, partial or continuous process, optionally with integrated tempering
- Annealing and tempering with defined heating and holding times
- Preheating and drying, for example before welding or bending as well as for curing paints, resins and adhesives
